I have been in the world of fitness my whole life. I started in High School as an Athletic Trainer. While in school I attended two summer camps a year involving fitness and training for athletes. I continued my education at the U-M, taking classes and performing various internships with the sports programs. These internships included developing fitness programs for the athletes and for people recovering from injuries. I graduated with a degree in Kinesiology (study of human movement). After college I moved to Florida and became a Deputy Sheriff learning fitness and defensive tactics. Currently I am a Professional Firefighter and Paramedic in Meridian Twp. which is near Lansing.

I am a certified and insured personal trainer and a certified sports nutritionists with 12 years of experience working with fitness. I can help make working out fun again. Also we can work toward a goal of personal fitness!

Keddlebell Training - Develop Strength, Endurance and Flexibility!

Find out why Kettlebells dominate other exercise equipment and how you can benefit from kettlebells.

Firefighting is a physically demanding job. You have no time to warm up when the alarm sounds. In fact, many of your hardest calls wake you up the middle of the night. You have to drag heavy hoses, lift ladders, carry heavy equipment, and pry open or just break down doors. You need a strong grip, a powerful back, and the ability to take ballistic shocks. You need power that endures, which means having both strong muscles and a strong heart. I have discovered that these qualities are developed with Kettlebell training. I'd like to share with you how kettlebell training has changed the entire way I look at firefighting fitness.
